Be it resolved by the Central Committee of the Washoe County Republican Party:
WHEREAS Washoe County GOP, Nevada joins in solidarity with the GOP of the state of Texas, and Maricopa County, Arizona, and Langlade County, Wisconsin;
WHEREAS We believe automatic mail ballots violated the Nevada Constitution Article 4 § 20 and Term Limits Amendment Section I: Severability § 4 that counties designate and regulate the places of elections;
WHEREAS We believe the 2020 Election violated Article 1 and 2 of the US Constitution, that Nevada’s Secretary of State illegally circumvented the state legislature in conducting elections in multiple incorrect ways, including but not limited to bloated voter rolls, Automatic Voter Registration systematically altered party affiliation of voters, lapses in chain-of-custody, return envelopes displayed party affiliation, no enforcement of electioneering laws in residence, no meaningful observation, counting before all paper ballots were accounted for, inaccurate reporting of results;
WHEREAS The Nevada 2020 General Election had significant inconsistencies and discrepancies in counting and reporting that tilted the election in favor of Joseph R. Biden Jr.;
WHEREAS Washoe County election systems allegedly suffered a cyber-attack on Nov. 5, 2020 that flipped votes to Biden and altered the outcome and which has never been dispelled by county or state;
WHEREAS We believe that substantial election fraud in key metropolitan areas significantly affected the results in Nevada and in other key states in favor of Joseph R. Biden Jr.;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Republican Party of Washoe County, Nevada formally rejects the results of the 2020 Presidential Election, and we hold that acting president Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, We call on Nevada’s legislature to fully investigate and analyze the 2020 General Election and/or the 2022 Primary;
AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, We call on all remaining 3,142 Counties and County equivalents nationwide to pass a similar resolution commensurate with the illegal electoral conduct experienced in each respective county/state.
