At the Republican Women of Reno Club Meeting, Thursday, March 14, 2024, Tracey Hilton Thomas not only commented that Chuck Muth had heard about her and she didn’t know if it was a good thing or bad thing, “but I’m taking it as a good thing.”
Tracey points out she has taken several campaign classes, a member of the Washoe County GOP and that she has been busy providing testimony to the Board of County Commissioners (that would be giving unsolicited public comment) and to the State Legislature Committee meetings (again unsolicited public comment) in regard to our elections, “This is how I kind of got thrown in all of this is because of my 20-years’ experience with the Washoe County elections.”
“I am the one that has helped Jean (she is referring to Washoe County Commissioner Jeanne Herman) author all of these resolutions.” Referring to the election integrity resolutions Herman has submitted for possible inclusion on the Washoe County Agenda. Herman is still waiting for one of these resolutions to make it on an agenda.
Flouting Election Laws: A Risky Statement
Tracey Hilton-Thomas anointed herself a self-proclaimed expert on Washoe County elections. With this rare expertise then why in the world would she dive off a cliff and make this statement:
“I’m doing a fundraiser at Pinocchio’s on April 10th so after the cut-off for reporting our Contribution and Expense reports, so you all don’t have to be intimidated by anybody harassing you for contributing to me, it won’t be reported until July 15th.”
Call for Investigation: Nevada Liberty Speaks Out
This Washoe County election expert has now broken election law in the State of Nevada. Nevada Liberty calls upon Governor Joe Lombardo, Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar, and Attorney General Aaron Ford to investigate Hilton-Thomas, and how many other candidates are following her expert advice and avoiding campaign contribution reporting until the primary has ended.
